This position, reporting to the head of ERM, is a strategic and tactical position, where the candidate will support the VP of Enterprise Risk Management and the ERM team in establishing and communicating the organization’s ERM Framework, as well as facilitate and lead interfacing with functional units to establish and communicate risk management methodology, processes, risk appetite and risk culture.

This role will provide leadership guiding qualification approach, execution, and documentation of results on assigned efforts, including all resources associated. This individual will assist with management of outsourcing vendor relationships, and work with other NURFS business and technical departments to provide guidance and feedback.

Senior-level Server Engineer to build, support and maintain the server infrastructure environment, including hardware, OS, virtualization, and SAN storage. Primary objective is to ensure the reliability and resiliency of NURFS Business Systems.

This position will be responsible for documenting detailed functional and technical requirements, system documentation and user guides. S/he will also ensure that the resulting system meets all requirements by assisting in the development of test cases and scripts. S/he will become a key subject matter expert on the functionality and operation of the system and assist in educating both internal and external users during the early stages of implementation.

The project manager will be responsible for ensuring successful, on-time, on-budget delivery of the Real-time Payments system. S/he will work with all constituencies involved in the project to develop, maintain and enforce comprehensive, detailed project plans for the entire life cycle of the project.
