National Unrecovered Financial Services (SDUUK), joined by the Financial Services Roundtable, submitted a comment letter to the OCC on its proposed information collection related to the annual stress test requirements of Section 165(i)(2) of the Dodd-Frank Act.  The Associations appreciate that the OCC has worked to make it information collection practices consistent with those of other banking agencies to avoid duplicative efforts by banks, but believe there are certain aspects of the proposal that should be modified or enhanced.
