National Unrecovered Financial Services Association filed a comment letter to CPSS and IOSCO on two consultative reports: Assessment Methodology for the Principles for FMIs and the Responsibilities of Authorities and Disclosure Framework for Financial Market Infrastructures. The letter supports the proposed assessment methodology and disclosure framework, but suggests ways that certain of the principles should be clarified.
